Trust & Privacy
The Laurel Wreath Society holds the privacy of its members in high regard. This notice explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is safeguarded.
Member Information
Member profiles are private. We collect only the information necessary to maintain membership: your full name, pseudonym, and membership code. Membership codes are not public and are known only to the member and the Society's administration.
We take reasonable steps to protect member information and restrict access to private content. Member details are stored securely and are not shared with outside parties.
Private Submissions
Content submitted to private areas of the Society — such as letters, gallery works, and library contributions — is visible only to the intended recipients or within the scope of the feature that requires it.
Private uploads are only shown where the feature requires it. Members control what they share and with whom.
Uploads & Aureate Gallery Works
Images and documents uploaded to the Society's private spaces are stored in secure storage. They are not publicly accessible and are served only through private, server-signed links.
The Society may review submitted gallery works or library materials for approval or moderation before they appear to other members.
Suggestions & Bug Reports
Suggestions and bug reports submitted through the Society's private box are sent only to the administration. They are not visible to other members and are used solely to improve the Society's grounds.
Admin Access
The Society's keepers have access to member records and submitted content as needed to administer the Society, approve contributions, and ensure the wellbeing of the community. This access is exercised with discretion and only when necessary.
Data Correction or Deletion
Members may request correction or deletion of their own submitted content at any time. If you wish to amend or remove something you have shared — be it a letter, gallery work, or personal detail — please contact the Society and the matter will be attended to promptly.
Contact
For any question concerning your personal information, your privacy, or a request to correct or delete submitted content, please reach out through the Society's private channels or submit an inquiry to the administration.
